Since 01 January till 31 March, 150 manuscripts were submitted to our
journal, and 61 manuscripts were accepted for publication. About 60% of
the submitted manuscripts were rejected. The main reasons for rejection
were: "the paper is not in the scope of the journal"; "the paper lacks
novelty and/or grounds for rapid publication"; "the paper does not
correspond to the modern scientific knowledge". The majority of the
submitted and accepted manuscripts fall within the section of condensed
matter physics. Half of the accepted papers are experimental.
