Resonant microwave photoconductivity of periodic layered Bi-Sb composites with a network of misfit dislocations: manifestation of a miniband spectrum?
A sharp peak has been discovered in the negative microwave photoconductivity as a function of the magnetic field Я in periodic layered Bi-Sb composites. The photoconductivity is resonant in the frequency. The position of the peak along the Η scale is determined by the radiation power and the current through the sample.
