The NMR spectra of the central transition (l/2-> ~~ 1/2) of the quadrupole 63Cu nucleus in a single crystal of a highTc superconductor YBa2Cu3Ov _ δ have been measured. The tensors of the electric field gradient and of the Knight shift have been determined from the angular dependence of the line positions for copper nuclei in the chains (Cul) and in the planes (Cu2).
