Phase diagram of the magnetoconductivity of 2D electron systems
The σχχ — axy phase diagrams of GaAs heterostructures and Si MOS structures have been studied over the temperature interval 0.3-10 К in magnetic fields up to 12 T. In the limit of vanishingly low currents and in the limit 0, the dependence σχχ (σ ) takes quite different forms for different energy sublevels.
