Superconductivity and Raman scattering of light in YBa2Cu3Ox single crystals
The Raman-scattering frequency of a completely symmetric mode corresponding to the vibrations of the "bridge" 04~v oxygen and to the superconducting transition temperature Tc of YBa2Cu30;c single crystals with various oxygen concentrations has been measured. The v(x) curve was found to have a plateau, similar to that found on the Tc (x) curve, at concentrations in the range 6.5<χ<6.8.
