Phase transition in heat-treated (PbTe)0.4(SnSe)0.6 crystals
A phase transition has been observed in (PbTe) 0A (SnSe) 0 6 crystals after high-temperature heat treatment. The transition is diffuse and is accompanied by a clearly expressed thermal hysteresis in the electrical conductivity and the thermal emf.
