Coherent photovoltaic effect due to the quantum corrections
Baskin E. M. , Entin M. V.
The appearance of a steady current produced by two electromagnetic waves with frequencies ω and 2ω—the coherent photovoltaic effect—has been studied [G. M. ShmelevetaL,Izv. Vuzov,Fizika28, 84 (1985); Μ. V. Entin, Fiz. Tekh. Poluprovodn. (Sov. Phys. Semicond.) (in press) ]. In the frequency region τ"1£ω<4ΤρΧ, where τφ(ρ) is the phase (momentum) relaxation time, the current is found to be determined primarily by the quantum corrections to the nonlinear rf conductivity.
