Ferroelectric anomalies and superconductivity in metal oxide compounds

The ferroelectric anomalies in systems YBa2Cu306+JC (0<jc< 1) and La2_xSrxCu04 (0<x<0.4), which we have observed previously at frequencies of ~ 1 GHz, are studied. A correlation between the broadening of superconducting transitions and the microwave field resonance absorption frequencies observed by us is discussed.
