Atomic structure of YBa2Cu3O7-δ single crystals with an intermediate oxygen concentration
The atomic structures of the YBa2Cu306 24 , YBa2Cu306 59, and YBa2Cu30,7 crystals and the amounts of oxygen in them have been refined. It is concluded from the x-ray-diffraction reflections of the YBa2Cu306 24 single crystals that structural blocks of tetragonal and orthogonal symmetry coexist. The compositions of these blocks are YBa2Cu306 and YBa2Cu306 5. The О atoms in the ζ = 0 planes of all of the structures have an ordered arrangement.
