Characteristic features of the low-temperature luminescence of YBa2Cu3O7-x
The photoluminescence spectra of YBa2Cu307._ x ceramics and single crystals in the region 360-400 nm have been studied. The lasing effect has been observed for the first time. A correlation between luminescence and zinc-oxide microinclusions has been established.
