High-frequency Raman scattering in tetragonal GdBa2Cu3O6+x

It has been found that high-frequency bands at 590,624, and 1240 cm"1 disappear from the Raman spectrum of a GdBa2Cu306+x {x~0.2) crystal near the Neel temperature (~ 400 К).
