Temperature and angular dependences of the lower critical field in twinless TmBa2Cu3O7-δ single crystals

The temperature dependence of the lower critical field, Hc, (Τ), of a twinless TmBa2Cu307 _ δ single crystals is found to be linear over a very broad temperature interval. The angular dependence Hcl (φ) has been studied and the values of Hcl (0) along all crystallographic axes have been determined: H°\b,c(0) = 250, 300, and 1700Oe, respectively.
