Nonohmic hopping conductivity in semimagnetic semiconductor p-MnxHg1-xTe
A nonohmic hopping conductivity has been studied for the first time in semimagnetic semiconductors of the p-Mnx Hgx _ xTq type. Features observed on the temperature and magnetic-field dependence of the current-voltage characteristics are linked with a transformation of acceptor states due to a carrier-ion exchange interaction.
