Negative magnetoresistance and shift of mobility threshold in cadmium diarsenide
The negati ve magnetoresistance of cadmium diarsenide in the region of a hopping conductivity with a variable hopping length is analyzed. The analysis yields the first determination of the shift of the mobility threshold in a magnetic field.
