Anharmonicity of oxygen vibrations and formation of highly correlated state in a high-Tc superconductor
A state of a pseudoKondo lattice in the normal phase of a highTc superconductor is analyzed. This state would form because of an interaction of conduction electrons with highly anharmonic atomic displacements. Magnetic correlations in this state and the effect of defects on it are discussed.
