Synthesis of single-domain superconductor TmBa2Cu3-xO7-x and its atomic structure
A method of obtaining single-domain crystals of the superconductors TmBa2 Cu3 „ x07 _ y with Tc — 90-92 К and a transition width of 1 К has been developed. The atomic structure of a single-domain sample of TmBa2 Cu2.972 Oe has been studied and the structure of this sample has been compared with the structure of Fsuperconductors.
