Excitation of He, H2, and N2 by fast H- ions
At energies EH=100 keV-2 MeV the cross section for the light emission of He, H2, and N2 as a result of interaction with Η ~ ions behaves in a manner similar to the cross section for protons, but the ratio of the cross sections is σΗ /σρ~3.
