Dynamics of the vortex structure in Bi2Sr2CaCu2Oy single crystals

A qualitative change has been observed in the dynamics of the vortex structure in Bi2Sr2CaCu208 single crystals at 7} ~ 17 + IK. This change is seen as an abrupt order-of-magnitude change in the normalized rate of the logarithmic flux creep, as a sharp change in the temperature dependence of the remanent magnetization MR (Τ), and as a change in the dependence of the barrier height U on the density of the nondecaying current. It is found that U0 -> const in the limit Γ-> Tc.
