Hysteretic behavior of the thermal conductivity in YBa2Cu3O7-δ
The hysteresis seen experimentally in the thermal conductivity of both superconducting and nonsuperconducting YBa2Cu307_6 is explained in terms of a bistable behavior of the sublattice of 0(4) apical oxygen atoms.
