Normal impurities in superconductors with an "odd" pairing
Effect of normal impurities in superconductors whose gap function is odd in k — kF are analyzed. A superconductivity is possible in this case even in the presence of an arbitrarily strong point repulsion between electrons. This circumstance is attractive from the standpoint of a theory for the high-Tc superconductivity of metal oxides. Impurities lead to an extremely strong suppression of this pairing—stronger than in the case of magnetic impurities in conventional superconductors.
