Single-phase superconducting Bi2Sr2Ca1Cu2Oy films on (Y,Nd)AlO3 substrates
Single-phase superconducting Bi2Sr2Ca1Cu20>f films have been grown on a single-crystal (Y,Nd)A103 substrate. The films have a well-defined с texture and are highly oriented in the (a,b) plane.
