Coexistence of superconductivity and band antiferromagnetism in layered contacts
The spatial coexistence of a superconducting order and a magnetic order in thin-film contacts of a band antiferromagnet with a superconductor is analyzed in the tunneling model of the proximity effect. The change in the spectra of one-particle excitations of these metals due to an interaction of the superconducting pairing and the antiferroamgnetic exchange field is calculated.
