Observation of an inverse isotope effect in the plasma-chemical decomposition of carbon dioxide

It has been discovered that an inverse isotope effect has a significant influence on the conversion of C02 into CO in a microwave discharge. At an energy deposition / = 7 J/cm3 the extent of the conversion of 12C1602 is 2.5 times that for the isotope ,3c16o2.
