Electron spin resonance and electromagnetic effects in systems of the type Me-Ba(Sr)-Cu-O

At temperatures below the superconducting transition temperature Tc the ESR spectrum of the system Me-Ba (Sr) -Cu-O reveals a line in a weak magnetic field. At temperatures well below Tc this line has an additional structure in the form of aperiodic fluctuations of the ESR signal in the magnetic field. In contrast with the noise fluctuations, the observed structure can be fully reproduced by repeatedly recording the signal.
