Elementary model for anomalous muonium in silicon, germanium, and diamond
The hyperfme interaction constants in anomalous muonium are calculated for several semiconductors in the model of a complex consisting of a diamagnetic molecule plus an unpaired electron. The exchange interaction in the system is taken into account. The calculated results show that the complex forms in a monovacancy of the corresponding crystal lattice.
