Erratum: Excitation of He, H2, and N2 by fast H- ions [JETP Lett. 53, No. 11,558-561 (10 June 1991)]
Starting with the second sentence of the first paragraph of the article (after the abstract), the text should read as follows: It was reported in Ref. 1 that at energies En-p<25 keV the cross sections for excitation of the Ър level of Na atoms by protons and by H~ ions have similar values. It is not possible to obtain from this result a conceptual understanding of the mechanism for excitation at high energies of the H~ ions or, especially, to generalize it to other targets.
