Transport phenomena in germanium bicrystals in the region of nonmetallic conductivity
Pis'ma Zh. Eksp. Teor. Fiz. 40, No. 3, 116-119 (10 August 1984) The electrical conductivity σΏ of germanium bicrystals with angle of inclination 7<#<25° in the temperature range 0.3 < 7*<5 ë is studied. It is established that as Τ increases, the logarithmic drop in the electrical conductivity is replaced by a sharp exponential dependence at σΏ = amin. For lower values of σα, σ(Τ) = σ0 ρχηΓ — ίΤ^/ΤΊ1^2! wher^ ô.. is Ñ Ò.øÑÇÑ^ÒÐËîÇ. temneratiire enual tn 10—7^0 ë
