Magnetic-field-induced circular photovoltaic effect in semiconductors
The first experimental observation of a magnetic-field-induced circular photovoltaic effect in nongyrotropic crystals is reported. The experiments were performed in magnetic fields of 1-8 kOe in p-GaAs(Zn) with excitation by C02 laser light.
