Structural phase transition in the solid solution PbTe1-xSx
The electrical and photoelectrical properties indicate that there is a second-order phase transition in PbTe λ x Sx. A change in the behavior of the curves p( Τ) near Tc at *>0.2 is associated with the appearance of a critical-scattering region.
