Microwave resonance of delayed photoconductivity in Pb1-xSnxTe(In)

A resonant increase has been observed in the photoconductivity of Pbj _ xSnxTe(In) alloys during microwave pumping. The effect stems from electrons localized in metastable impurity states near the bottom of the conduction band.
