Relaxation of frozen photoconductivity in YBa2Cu2O6+x (0<x<1) films
The magnitude of the frozen photoconductivity and its relaxation characteristics have been studied as a function of the oxygen content in YBa2 Cu3 06 + x films. The photoconductivity relaxation can be described by a "glass" law exp [ — (t /τ)β ] withr = t(T) andO</?( Γ) < 1. The experimental data are explained by a model of a photoinduced charge transport.
