Peculiarities of the electric and magnetic properties of 6H-SiC<N> on the insulator side of the metal-insulator transition
The character of the low-temperature conductivity on the insulator side of the metal-insulator transition (MIT) in 6#-SiC<N> is determined and the magnetic properties of the system are investigated by the ESR method. Anomalously far from the transition, the spin absorption is observed to decrease and there is a characteristic change in the spin relaxation mechanism.
