Spectra and kinetics of impurity photoconductivity of indium-doped solid solutions Pb1-xGexTe
The spectra and kinetics of impurity photoconductivity (PC) in FhY _ x Gex Те: In [x = 0.08-0.12) are investigated. At T< 16 К a negative PC is observed for ϋω S 0.1 eV. The energies of optical ionization of levels are determined and they are compared with data from electrical measurements.
