Manifestation of the spin glass phase in the anisotropy of the magnetoresistance of p-Hg1-xMnxTe

The decrease of the anisotropy of the magnetoresistance of the semimagnetic semiconductor p-Hg\ _xMnxTe, observed upon decrease of temperature or increase of the Mn concentration, is due to an increase in the intensity of the local exchange fields which are associated with acceptors "frozen-in" in the spin glass phase.
