Critical fields and above-barrier Stark resonances

Exact values of the critical field %?c are calculated for a hydrogen atom, including the case of the ground state. The widths Γη of Stark resonances at % = "Scare also calculated. In the above-barrier region (> c) the widths Tn{W) are essentially linear functions of the electric field strength.
