Behavior of the thermo-emf of bismuth whiskers associated with a 2.5-order transition
The dependence of the differential thermoemf (a) on elastic elongation up to 1.2% at T= 5.5 К is measured for bismuth whiskers 1-2//m thick. A distinct nonmonotonic dependence, which is associated with a 2.5-order transition, is observed.
