Thermo-emf anomaly in lithium-magnesium alloys
The thermo-emf of 12 specimens was measured in the range of concentrations χ: 0-40 at.% Mg. A sharp increase in the magnitude of the thermo-emf was observed at xc = 0.2. The positive sign of the anomaly corresponds to contact of the Fermi surface with the face of the Brillouin zone.
