Anomalous magnetoconductivity of strongly doped p-type germanium
Ionov A. N.
It is shown that the anomalous positive magnetoresistance of p-Gt is qualitatively and quantitatively described by theory without taking into account interaction between the holes. It is found that as the temperature decreases, the negative magnetoresistance of uniaxially deformed p-Gt goes over into the anomalous positive magnetoresistance.
