Cooperative behavior of defects introduced by plastic deformation in cadmium sulfide crystals
Cooperative behavior created with plastic deformation of CdS crystals by reorienting dipole centers is observed. This behavior causes the traces of dislocations viewed in polarized radiation in the temperature range 77-6 К to have a domain structure that depends strongly on the level of optical excitation.
