"Phason" in the submillimeter spectrum of CsCuCI3 single crystals

A high Q, low-frequency mode resulting from phase fluctuations of the helicoid spatial modulation of the crystal's structure was observed in the spectrum of the low-temperature phase of a hexagonal CsCuCl3 perovskite by using the submillimeter-spectroscopy method.
