A phase transition in the organic metal TSeTBr0.5
Temperature dependences of the magnetic susceptibility and of the specific heat of the quasi-one-dimensional organic complex TSeTBr0 5 were measured. The Pauli paramagnetic susceptibility decreases sharply in the range 15-30 K. At T~26 К the specific heat changes abruptly by (0.36 + 0.1) Nk, which is an order of magnitude larger than the estimate obtained from the theory of the Peierls transition.
