Purely nuclear diffraction of Mossbauer radiation in the critical region near the Neel point

The Mossbauer spectra of the purely nuclear diffraction of resonant γ radiation of 57Fe in the crystal 57FeB03 have been studied near the phase transition of the crystal from an antiferromagnetic state to a paramagnetic state. The spectra are shown to be sensitive to a nucleation of antiferromagnetic ordering of the atomic moments in the critical region of the transition.
