Analysis of the heterogeneous structure of the surface of amorphous alloys by means of the Mossbauer effect
A new procedure of nondestructive layer-by-layer analysis (the Mossbauer differential conversion-electron spectroscopy) is used to study the complex multilayer structure of the surface of a crystallizable amorphous alloy Fe84B16.
