New nonlinear high-frequency effects and S-shaped negative differential conductivity in multilayer heterostructures
A rapid current switching, microwave generation, and a frequency conversion of microwave radiation have been observed during vertical transport in multilayer /z-GaAs-AL.Gaj _xAs heterostructures.
