Raman spectra and structural phase transition in an Rb2CdCl4 crystal
The structural phase transition in a single-crystalline perovskite-type Rb2CdCl4 is studied by the Raman-spectroscopy method. A "soft" lattice-vibration mode, which reconstructs the initial phase G0, has been detected below the transition point.
