The gas boundary of the phase transition between an exciton gas and an electron-hole liquid is studied as a function of the thickness of the germanium sample. The results agree with a new model recently developed for the exciton condensation kinetics {V. M. Asnineia/., Zh. Eksp. Teor. Fiz. 84,2129 (1983) [Sov. Phys. JETP 57, 1239 (1983)]; Solid State Commun. 48, 611 (1983)}.
