ESR saturation and exciton luminescence in Cd1-xMnxSe
Malyavkin A. V., Dremin A. A.
During strong saturation of ESR it is possible to substantially increase the spin temperature in a magnetic-impurity system in a semimagnetic semiconductor. As a result, the magnetooptical effects associated with the giant spin splitting are weakened. An optical detection method has been used to measure the spin-lattice relaxation time of a magnetic-impurity system.
