Photoconductivity anomalies in semiconductors doped with magnetic impurities
An anomalous photoconductivity was dectected in silicon doped with rare-earth elements. It is shown that the appearance and disappearance of an impurity photoconductivity in semiconductors can be controlled by varying the concentrations of a shallow donor impurity in rare-earth element (REE) impurities.
