Activation conductivity of alloys with a negative temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR)
An increase of the TCR with decreasing temperature below ~ 80 К was observed in hardened alloys of transition metals that have a negative TCR. At Τ S 80 К the temperature dependence of the conductivity of alloys is well described by the Mott Τ1/4 law.
