Characteristics of transfer phenomena in Pb0.78Sn0.22 Te with a large indium content
New phenomena were observed in Pbo^Sno^Te with a high concentration of indium at Τ S 20 K. These include very high photosensitivity and anomalous variation of mobility with temperature which are, evidently, associated with a phase transition.
